Chimei Food Co., Ltd. (CMF) is a Taiwanese food manufacturing company established in 1971, operating as an affiliate of the Chimei Group alongside Chimei Industry, Chimei Museum, and Chimei Hospital. Originally focused on the export of frozen prepared eel products, the company has since evolved significantly, successfully breaking into the domestic frozen prepared food market with its fresh meat buns and signature 'Da Shao Bao' (large baked buns), and becoming a preferred supplier for major convenience store chains across Taiwan.
