MIHAS applications are managed through the MIHAS Exhibitor Enquiry Form. Submit your enquiry as early as possible — typically 8-10 months before the event. Popular sectors and prime hall locations fill quickly.
After submitting your enquiry, the MIHAS Secretariat will contact you with available booth options, including hall location, facing, and surrounding exhibitors. You can request specific halls (e.g., if you want to be near buyers from specific countries) but placements are not guaranteed.
Once you accept the booth proposal, you'll receive an exhibitor agreement. A deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your space. The balance is due approximately 60 days before the event. Full payment is required before you can access the exhibitor portal to submit fascia board details and order additional services.
The MIHAS exhibitor portal lets you manage your booth details, upload your company profile for the show directory, order furniture and services, register staff passes, and access the event manual. Allow 4-6 hours to complete all required submissions.
