EDM Resources Inc. is an established Canadian exploration and development company with full ownership of the Scotia Mine and related mining, processing, and administration facilities located near Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Company also holds several prospective exploration permits in surrounding regions of Nova Scotia through its wholly owned Nova Scotian subsidiary. EDM Resources' common shares are traded on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "EDM".

The Scotia Mine, currently on care and maintenance, is positioned for a fast-track production relaunch as a low-cost, long-life base metals operation. The fully built 2,200 tpd mill, existing infrastructure, and proximity to major ports (62 km) significantly reduce costs and shorten the path to production. The mine plan spans 14 years, and the Company is actively pursuing federal permitting milestones and gold exploration programs at the site.

Beyond the Scotia Mine, EDM Resources is advancing several exploration prospects including the Eastville Prospect — a zinc-lead project approximately 50 km from the Scotia Mine — and the Carrolls Corner and Carrolls Farm prospects located 3.5–4.0 km from the Scotia Mine. These assets position the Company as a growing base metals developer with a competent team committed to safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainable value creation for its stakeholders.
