The company is fully licensed to operate forwarding and shipping businesses across Malaysian airports and seaports, and has since expanded its operations throughout Sarawak with branches in Bintulu, Sibu, Miri, and Kuching, supported by a workforce of over 200 employees.

The company offers a comprehensive range of logistics and supply chain solutions, including freight forwarding, shipping, warehousing, transport, jacking and skidding, heavy lifting, equipment rental, and packing services. Led by Founder and Managing Director Mr. Alan Lau Sieng Loon, who brings over 40 years of industry experience, Intercargo is committed to formulating effective group strategies and maintaining high operational standards.
